Payments, renewals and invoices: how billing works

How you pay for a plan

By card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, right in the panel: “Buy”, the game, the plan and pay, without leaving. Payment is processed by Stripe, and the card is saved at Stripe (not at NapNodes) for renewals.

You can pay monthly or 3 months at once, which works out cheaper (see the prices). No commitment, and your first purchase comes with a full refund within 72 hours.

When a plan renews

1. 7 days before: the invoice

   The renewal invoice is issued. You see it in “My plan & invoices”. If you have credit from inviting a friend, it's already deducted.

2. The day before it's due: the charge

   With a saved card, it's charged automatically; if it fails, it's retried up to three times, once a day. With no saved card, we remind you it's renewing and you pay it yourself with “Pay”.

3. If it isn't paid

   2 days after the due date the server is suspended. Nothing is deleted: pay the invoice and it comes back as it was.

4. After 14 days

   If it's still unpaid, it's deleted along with its data and backups. We warn you before.

Changing the card for renewals

There's no setting to hunt for: the card you pay an invoice with becomes the one for renewals. Below your plans, in “My plan & invoices”, you can see which one is used.

Where your invoices are

In “My plan & invoices”, the “Invoices” tab. Each one with its number, date, description, total and status: paid ones download with “PDF” and pending ones have “Pay”. If you have lots, filter by “Unpaid” or “Paid”. The invoice carries your name and email.

If you have something to pay, it shows at the very top, whichever tab you're on, with “Pay now”.

How to cancel a plan

1. Press “Cancel the plan”

   In “My plan & invoices”, on that plan's card.

2. Choose when

   “At the end of what you've already paid”: you keep playing until that date and aren't charged again. “Right now”: the server and its world are deleted on the spot.

3. Save what you want first

   Download your world from “Backups” or “Files”: a deleted server can't be recovered.

4. If you change your mind

   Until the date arrives, “Don't cancel” leaves it as it was.

Refunds

Your first purchase comes with a full refund if you ask within the first 72 hours (one per person). There's also the 14-day right of withdrawal, with a refund in proportion to the time used. Ask in “Help” and a person reviews it.
