We'll bring your server over, free
What stops people switching hosts isn't the price: it's the fear of losing three years of play because of one badly copied file. So we do it ourselves.
Do it yourself in five minutes
Get the link to your backup
In your current host's panel: Backups, create one and copy the Download link. If your world is in a .zip, upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive and copy the share link.
Paste it into your new server
In our panel, «Mods y plugins» → «Traer mi servidor» (bring my server). It downloads, unzips and sets itself up: the whole server (world, plugins or mods, settings, permissions, whitelist) or just the world.
Nothing gets lost
First a backup is taken of whatever was there, and anything that clashes is kept in a separate folder. Your old server stays as it is: you check the new one and, whenever you're ready, tell your players.
Or we do it for you
For anything a link can't solve (databases, several servers, Zomboid or Valheim):
You write to us
Open a ticket or message us on Discord saying where you're coming from and which plan you want. If you don't know which plan you need, we'll tell you by looking at your current server.
You give us access
Read-only access to your panel or FTP is enough. If your host doesn't allow that, a compressed archive of the server will do.
We set it up in parallel
Your current server keeps running while we work. We copy the world, plugins or mods, settings, permissions and whitelists, and leave it started and tested.
You check before anything changes
We give you the new address so you can join and make sure everything is there. Only when you say yes do you change the DNS or tell your players.
What we don't promise
If your server uses paid plugins with a licence tied to your previous host, or a database you can't export for us, we'll tell you before we start instead of leaving it half done. We answer from 12:00 to 00:00 UTC, every day, so a migration is usually ready the same day if you write within those hours.
Shall we move it?
Pick a plan and write to us, or write to us first and we'll tell you which plan you need.
