NapNodes / Games / Project Zomboid
A Project Zomboid server that is always on: the world keeps going while you're away, and your deaths are tracked by the server, not by a friend's laptop.
Free: no card and no end date; it switches off when nobody is on. Always on and with no queues, with a plan, keeping the same world.
First month at half price with the code WELCOME
€2 per GB of RAM, with no setup fee and no contract. The slots you see are real: when they run out we close, instead of cramming more in.
Not sure which one? Two questions
How many of you will play at once?
Any mods?
Fort plan · 6 GB · €12 a month. 6 GB is the minimum for Build 42 to run comfortably: on 4 GB it has almost no headroom. It fits up to 32 survivors.
Choose FortIf you outgrow it, you move up a plan without reinstalling anything and only pay the difference.

Fast-core processors, which is what games notice most: Intel Xeon E-2274G (up to 4.9 GHz) or AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (up to 4.8 GHz), depending on the machine. The vCPU is the most your server can use (1 vCPU = one processor thread); the RAM, on top of that, is yours alone.
Yes: a free 6 GB Project Zomboid server, no card and no end date, whenever there's room to spare. It uses the room nobody has paid for: you start it from the panel (if there's no room, you join the queue) and it switches itself off when nobody is on; if nobody plays for 14 days, it's deleted. If you want it always on with no queues, you move to a plan and it stays the same server.
6 GB at least with Build 42, even for a group of friends (on 4 GB it runs with barely half a gig to spare). With lots of Workshop mods or extra maps, 8 GB.
The Fort plan (6 GB) fits up to 32 survivors; Bastion (8 GB), more. With big maps and lots of mods, it's best to go one plan up.
In the panel, under Startup, there are two fields: the Workshop numbers (Workshop ID) and the internal names (Mod ID), separated by semicolons. On restart the server downloads them on its own, and every player gets them when they join.
Yes: the server is always on, so time passes, crops grow and the zombies are still there even with nobody around.
It's generated automatically at install and saved in the admin-napnodes.txt file, under Files in the panel.
