How payment works
What people usually ask before paying, answered here and not in the small print.
How do I pay?
By card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, inside your panel and in advance. Month to month, or 3 months at once for 10% less. No setup fee and no contract.
How does the welcome coupon work?
Type WELCOME in the coupon field when you pay and your first payment is half price. Once per person, on any plan; after that, the normal price.
When is the renewal charged?
The invoice is issued 7 days before the period ends. With a saved card it is charged automatically; if not, you pay it under My plan & invoices. If it isn't paid, the server is suspended 2 days after the due date and deleted after 14.
Can I get more RAM?
Yes: More RAM under My plan & invoices (you only pay the difference for what is left of the period) or Buy RAM under My servers. The RAM belongs to your account: you share it out between your servers with Adjust, and it applies on restart, without reinstalling anything.
And moving from the free server to a plan?
With Move to a plan on your free server's card in My servers (or Choose a plan under My plan & invoices). You pay for the whole plan, the month starts that day, and it stays the same server with your world.
How do I cancel?
Yourself, under My plan & invoices → Cancel the plan: at the end of what you've paid for (it keeps running until then) or right away.
What if I'm not happy with it?
On your first purchase you have 72 hours to ask for a full refund, no questions asked.

Under My plan & invoices, as PDFs, all of them.
