Acceptable Use Policy

This is a translation; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails. Leer la versión en español.

1. Why this policy exists

Our servers are shared machines. A single customer who abuses resources or the network makes the service worse for everyone else and can get our IP addresses onto blocklists. This policy draws the line precisely so that no decision is arbitrary.

2. Prohibited

Any illegal activity, or activity that facilitates an illegal activity.

Cryptocurrency mining, or any process whose purpose is to consume CPU unrelated to the service bought.

Sending unsolicited email, spam, phishing or impersonation, including of our staff. Outgoing traffic on the mail ports is blocked at network level.

Denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, brute force, botnets or any outgoing traffic aimed at third parties without their permission.

Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, exploit kits or fake login pages.

Using the service as an open proxy, VPN, Tor exit node or any other anonymisation service for third parties.

Bots that breach the terms of the platform they run on, including selfbots, mass-spam bots and automated scraping of Discord users' data.

Distributing pirated software, cracked games or protected content without a licence.

Child sexual abuse material, which will be reported to the authorities without exception.

Content that incites hatred or violence, or harassment of and threats against other people.

3. Reasonable use of resources

Your plan includes specific resources, and using all of them is your right.

What is not allowed is degrading things for everyone else: for example, a plugin with a memory leak that brings the node down, or a script that writes to disk without control. In those cases we may restart or limit your server to protect the rest, and we will tell you.

4. How we detect it

We automatically monitor CPU usage and outgoing traffic. A server that stays at its maximum CPU for a long time triggers an alert.

A game server with players can saturate its core in a perfectly legitimate way. Our thresholds are calibrated not to confuse that case with abuse, and a person reviews every suspension for abuse before applying it.

5. Consequences

For a minor breach, we will warn you by email and you will have a reasonable period to put it right.

For a serious or repeated breach, or when there is an immediate risk to other customers or to our network, we will suspend the service immediately and notify you with the reason.

Depending on the case, we may remove the content concerned, limit resources, suspend or terminate the service, or report it to the authorities.

On free servers, one that spends an hour in a row using its CPU at the maximum is suspended automatically, without prior warning: that is the pattern of cryptocurrency mining. If it was legitimate use, write to us and we will reactivate it.

Breaching this policy does not entitle you to a refund. Nor does it take one away from you when the law gives you one.

6. How to report abuse

If a server we host is attacking you, sending spam or hosting illegal content, write to us at rafi007napi@hotmail.com. Include everything you have: IP addresses, dates and times with time zone, logs and screenshots. The more specific the report, the sooner we can act.

7. Support for the customer's code

We support the infrastructure: that the container starts, that the network works and that the panel responds.

We do not support the customer's code, plugins, mods or configuration. A bot that does not start because of an error in its own code is not a service incident.
