How it's installed
Get the server
The Diamond plan or bigger. It's created in a couple of minutes.
Open “Mods & plugins” in the panel
The “Modpacks” tab, “Search on: CurseForge”, search for “All the Mods 10 - ATM10” and press “Install”.
Wait a few minutes
NeoForge 1.21.1 is set up, the modpack's server pack (the one its author prepares) is downloaded, and the server starts on its own. If you already had a world, it's set aside: nothing is deleted.

Each player installs “All the Mods 10 - ATM10” in the CurseForge app (or the launcher they use) and joins with your server's address.
